You Don’t Have to Kill an Animal!
A bit blunt maybe… but true. The major sources of protein are animals. If you are a vegetarian, you are not going to be getting enough protein. Fair play to you for wanting to save that chicken, to let it peck another day. But, you are going to have to find your protein another way if you want to be healthy – and whey could be the way. (If you are vegan there is soy and rice protein – but these don’t contain the handy amino acids like whey!)
