PHYSICAL PRODUCT ORDER CANCELLATIONS
To ensure that you receive products as quickly as possible, Reinventing Aging orders begin processing immediately. We cannot guarantee it will be stopped. For this reason, there is a small window of time to cancel an order right after it is placed.

Include your first and last name and order number in your email and we will do our best to stop shipment and issue a refund.
If your package has been shipped and you decide to refuse receipt when delivered, and it was legitimately ordered from Reinventing Aging, credit will be issued for the item, minus the shipping cost if we paid for the shipping.
If the refused order is from outside the continental USA, any additional charges to get the package back will be deducted from your credit. The credit will be issued once the item has been returned to us and inspected.
DIGITAL PRODUCT SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
You have 30 days to try Reinventing Cravings unless otherwise noted in advertising and/or sales page. If for any reason during the refund period you are dissatisfied with Reinventing Cravings, simply send an email (include your first and last name and order number in your email) to [email protected]tingaging.org OR contact customer service at 1-888-552-5163. Once your intent to cancel is confirmed by a member of our Customer Service team the cancellation will be processed and funds will be credited back to your same account within 5 business days
PHYSICAL PRODUCT RETURNS
ReinventingAging.org wants you to be completely satisfied with the products you purchase from us. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept your return within 60 days of the shipping date.
If you would like a refund for your entire purchase, the entire purchase must be returned, including opened or partially used products. If you do not return your entire purchase, then you will be given a refund for ONLY the products returned. Any product that is not returned will be deducted from your refund at full price.
To receive a full refund, the items you return must be purchased directly from ReinventingAging.org and must be returned at your expense. Credit will be issued for the item, minus the shipping cost if we paid for the shipping for you. Any product shipped outside the continental USA or via air service will have the total shipping charge deducted from the refund.
If you purchase a multi-month promotional offer of any product, you can open one bottle of any single product and still get a full refund as long as half of that bottle is still present.
If you purchase a multi-month promotional offer and completely use any one bottle and return the remaining bottles, you will receive a refund minus the full cost of the used bottle.
It is required that you use a delivery confirmation service and insured shipping in the event an item is lost or stolen during the return process. It is your responsibility to ensure the return is received at our returns department. See the RETURN PROCEDURE section for complete details.
Include the following information in your shipping package: a copy of the original order receipt or include your first and last name, phone number and the email address used for the order.

HOW REFUNDS ARE ISSUED
If you paid via credit card your refund will be issued back to your credit card approximately 5 – 10 Business days after we receive your returned product. If you paid via PayPal membership your refund will be issued back to your PayPal account 3 – 5 Business days after we receive your returned product.
