3. An Active Lifestyle
For many of us, the average day consists of eight hours behind a desk followed by some domestic duties and an hour or two of TV. Television is fine, but it does nothing to tone up your behind. Instead, use your free time to be active and do things that keep you in shape. Walk the dog. Do some gardening. Participate in community events. On the weekends, go on hikes or do some exploring. Always take the stairs!
