While attending Notre Dame, Joe Montana’s son, Nate, was arrested for underage drinking in 2010 along with several of teammates. The violation is not too far-fetched for a bunch of college kids. About 43 people, including Nate, were arrested at a house party. A few short months later, he was facing a DUI charge only after he joined the University of Montana. He was pulled over after being picked up on a state trooper’s radar. The traffic stop became a DUI arrest when the police officer smelled alcohol. Nate refused to take a breathalyzer test and he was detained and booked. He is just another college kid having some fun but made some bad decisions.
