Marston Hefner, the son of recently deceased Playboy owner, Hugh Hefner, faced domestic violence charges for allegedly beating his girlfriend, Claire Sinclair, who was also a playmate. She reported that Hefner punched and kicked her, leaving her with bruises and red marks. He also allegedly damaged her laptop. Sinclair said she would drop the charges if he apologized. That didn’t look like the case. Authorities in California said they had the authority to pursue charges with or without her cooperation. Marston denied the charges and was released on a $20,000 bond. He ended up being sentenced to one year in a domestic violence program.
